waiting to exchange them because they came brokenDecember 3, 2008 I recieved this with a few other beading items the other items were great. These I did not even take out of the bag before I noticed they were broken. One of the 5 loops to add your beads to on the bottom was completely broken off. Its obvious that it did not happen in shipping. These were $7.00 so to have them sent to me broken was very upsetting and even worse I know have to send them back to exchange them. Other items from this company are great so this is my only complant so far.
